With 4 mounting points and complete with hardware and rubbers for the rubber mount. As the lugs are rubber mounted there is some tolerance in them for different diameter fenders, typically this would fit on a fender for a 15 or 16 inch diameter wheel. Suitable for many custom applications. Harley, Triumph Bobber, Indian Scout Bobber, R18 BMW as well as custom Japanese choppers etc.
