1.0 Sending the order by the customer implies his adherence to these general conditions of sale in their entirety.

1.2 All orders made from outside the Switzerland are charged at 'Ex Tax' prices (this includes USA, Australia/NZ, Russia, Asia, Africa)
For deliveries outside of the countries listed, please send us an email with the shipping address, we will respond promptly.
1.3 WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions related to drawings, images and news that appear on its website.
1.4 The commercial use of the images and information contained in this site is not allowed without the written approval of WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH.
2.1 All prices are in Swiss Francs and include 8% VAT.
2.2 WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
2.3 The prices charged to the customer for ordered products are those that were in force on the day that the order was carried out and indicated on the order confirmation.
3.1 WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH confirms with an e-mail the receipt of the order placed by the customer, with the assignment of an order number that will be used for communications with WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH.
3.2 WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH reserves the right to reject all orders from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a non-payment of a previous order.
4.1 All payment transactions are carried out safely with 128 bit SSL encryption. This technique offers the highest security for online payments.
4.2 Unless special stipulations, all products and services are payable by the following credit cards: Eurocard / MasterCard, Visa. It is also possible to pay by Postcard Finance (e-payment) or PayPal.
4.3 The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
4.4 The order is charged on the card used for payment at the time of the goods shipment.
4.5 In case of partial delivery will be charged to credit card only delivered products and and shipping fees related.
4.7 It is also possible to pay without a credit card by choosing “Bank Transfer” at the time of confirmation.
5 Delivery Conditions
5.1 Sphippings are throught the Swiss Post.
5.2 The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order.
5.3 The preparation and delivery of merchandise is organized in such a way to deliver it to the customer as soon as possible (10 working days), consistent with the delivery time of Swiss Post.
5.4 The delivery of goods by the Post, takes place only upon acceptance by signature. If this is not possible, Swiss Post will return the goods in deposit and will invite the buyer, through a yellow ticket, to the withdrawal of it. At this point the buyer can choose for delivery of the goods at home another time or pick it up at the post office. The buyer is asked to inform the post office indicated on the ticket.
5.5 If the goods remain in storage for more than seven days without any communication from the buyer the same will be returned to sender. In this case the buyer must pay the shipping charges.
5.6 The price of transport to the customer is from Fr. 10 to max Fr. 30 including VAT . For deliveries outside Switzerland refer to the table on page "Shipping".
5.7 The signature of the purchaser, or a person who takes his place, at the time the goods are delivered by the Post, confirms the proper receipt.
- Returns Policy
In general you can not cancel an order or return goods. However, the refund shall be allowed in the following cases:
6.1 The visible damage of the goods must be claimed immediately to the postman, otherwise the integrity outside of the package will be considered “irreproachable”.
6.2 The damaged goods is taken back by the postman. In this case the buyer is entitled to cancel the contract of purchase of the entire supply.
6.3 We grant consistent quality of goods when supplied by us. However, if the customer notice any product defect, the same will be refunded according to conditions (see Sections 6.7 and 6.8).
6.4 The shipping costs, in the case of a delivery to a product defect, shall be borne by the customer.
6.5 Any complaints regarding the quality of the goods are to be reported in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods also indicating the order number related.
6.6 The return of goods must be agreed in advance with WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH.
6.7 For restitutions caused by defect are applied Articles 197 and following of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
6.8 A verification of the cause of the defect will entitle or not to transfer the purchase value.
- Personal Data Protection
7.1 Collected data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be sold under any circumstances to others.
7.2 The data relating to your orders / purchases (shopping cart) are used to draw up assessments of the frequency and extent of the purchases.
- Changes and additions
8.1 WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH expressly reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions of the contract with immediate effect.
- Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
9.1 Any legal question connected directly or indirectly with WWW.SUPER-BIKE.CH will be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The jurisdiction is located in Chiasso (CH).
