Made of 6 mm thick polyethylene, the skid plate covers the auxiliary frame and protects the engine and cases from protrusions. Unlike aluminum, HDPE absorbs shock, does not deform, does not generate vibration, and is 30 to 40 percent lighter. This model fits the Triumph TF250X only. CAUTION this reference is not compatible for all years.
