Data deletion

This page explains how any user can request the deletion of their personal data collected by Super-Bike, including those who sign in or register through Facebook Login.

Data collected through Facebook Login

When you sign in with Facebook, we receive from your public profile your Facebook ID, name, email address and profile picture. We use this data only to create and manage your customer account.

How to request deletion

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected] and indicating the email address or the name used for the account. Alternatively, if you signed in with Facebook, you can remove the app from your Facebook profile settings, under Settings and privacy, Apps and websites.

Timing and confirmation

We process the request within thirty days and send you an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Legal exceptions

Some data may be retained even after the request if required by law, for example accounting records and invoices, which Swiss law requires to be kept for ten years under article 958f of the Code of Obligations. This data is retained only to fulfil the legal obligation and for no other purpose.
