The Zaca Air Jacket is an ideal textile jacket for road and sport cyclists seeking a stylish, warm climate jacket with temperature adaptability that can perform in cooler and/or wet weather. Combining a unique combination of 3D mesh with mechanical stretch, 450D poly-fabric reinforcements, and stretch softshell inserts, the 3D mesh offers premium breathability across the entire chest, back, and inner arms.

The 3D mesh has been combined with 450D poly-fabric on the outer arms, shoulders, and sides for CE-rated abrasion resistance. Stretch softshell inserts incorporated into the chest and shoulder areas, as well as the shoulder blades and around the rider's collar, provide a perfect fit for the Tech-Air® 5 airbag system, as well as offering excellent levels of freedom of movement and range of motion. For additional protection, the Zaca Air Jacket features external DFS Lite shoulder sliders and Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 armor on the shoulders, elbows, and forearms. Inside, the jacket features a removable 2L waterproof liner for use as an additional windbreaker in cooler weather, which is especially useful for riders caught in the rain.

The removable hood features an air extraction channel on the top to allow airflow and prevent it from bunching up and flapping around
