Arai’s ultimate off-road helmet achieves ECE R22-06 homologation.

No significant changes are required, thanks to Arai’s “Protection First” philosophy: the core of their design philosophy is to create rounder, smoother, and stronger outer shells combined with a one-piece, multi-density EPS liner, all working together to enhance impact performance.

The MX-V was developed from the legendary VX-3, and Arai’s years of racing experience are evident in their ultimate helmet for MX, enduro, and off-road use. And, while helmet looks come and go quickly, Arai’s R75 organic shell design exists for the same reasons as in all Arai helmets: to create a smooth, round shell shape that maintains its full strength.

The absence of exaggerated edges or protrusions is not a lack of imagination or creativity on Arai’s part. This is because the helmet's shape works to enhance protection. It's also why the MX-V is the latest Arai to receive ECE R22-06 homologation without significant changes.

As with every Arai product, it's the sum of its parts, coming together to produce a result even greater than the sum of its parts, that makes the MX-V EVO the benchmark it is.

It starts with a robust outer shell: the PB-CLC2 outer shell is made using special Z-mix resins and is balanced by a lightweight inner liner for a reduced overall weight.

When riding hard off-road, ventilation really matters, and the MX-V's front and rear vents work together to channel fresh air through the helmet. The breath guard also channels airflow with a design that reduces lift. The interior is also fully removable, easy to wash, and adjustable.

Fully removable and washable Dry-Cool® interior allows for faster drying of the fabrics, improves airflow, and maintains an optimal temperature inside the helmet. Peel-away cheek pads allow for adjustment and enhanced comfort.

FCS Face Contour System, consisting of a flexible plate that conforms to the shape of the cheek and an elastic foam that acts like a spring behind this plate, provides a better fit and improves comfort around the lower jaw.

Emergency release system: facilitates helmet removal in the event of an accident. The field of vision seal has been specially designed to provide better support for the motocross goggle elastic.
