Used you change from stock/custom LED to other custom LED turn signals, which may run on another wattage/load. The mo.load is used to adjust the load/flashing frequency of LED turn signals, so the ECE will not trigger a fault code. Flashing speed adjustments can be made in 16-steps with the frequency dial. The mo.load has up to 7.5W of adjustment power to cover all fault code issues.
