SW-Motech Engine guard Honda CRF 1000 L Africa Twin (15-19)

The particularly stable design of the skid plate provides the best protection for valuable components even off-road, thanks to a five-millimeter wall thickness on the underbody and a particularly large protection area. An additional support point on the frame, an innovation from SW-MOTECH, distributes the forces generated by contact with the ground not only to the mounting points, but also to the Africa Twin's steel frame.

For replacement of the original Honda skid plate with a wall thickness of 2.5 millimeters.

More robust with a five-millimeter-thick sheet of high-strength aluminum alloy at the bottom and a four-millimeter wall thickness at the sides.

The SW-MOTECH sump guard features a particularly long and laterally raised profile, providing a particularly large protective surface.

Unlike the significantly smaller original sump guard, this one also protects parts of the elbow and exhaust.

The 8-mm-thick hard rubber elements additionally absorb the forces and distribute them across all contact points.

Two cutouts on the bottom provide access to both oil drain plugs - thus, removing the sump guard is not necessary to drain the engine oil.

The cutouts on the sides provide ventilation, reduce weight, and enhance the motorcycle's look.

Compatible with Honda side stands and SW-MOTECH center stands (see accessories).

Compatible with all equipment variants of the Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin (Standard / ABS / DCT), except the DCT version with adjustable gear shifters
