RCS system: Adjustable wheelbase 16 or 18 mm

Brembo has patented a system (RCS – Ratio Click System) which, through the rotation of an eccentric, moves the distance between the levers from 18mm to 20mm and vice versa, in configuration 18 the master cylinder is more powerful and modular, while in configuration 20 the master cylinder it is less powerful but more ready. Switching from one configuration to another is really simple and allows you to change the feeling with the lever.

MOTO GP internal pumping unit

The piston, the seals, the cap are the same as the master cylinders that all MotoGP and SBK riders use: very low manufacturing tolerances and excellent smoothness.

Body Pump

The pump body is in aluminum alloy, obtained by forging and subsequently CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machined with lightening milling.

Hard oxidation was chosen for the surface finish, an electrolytic process that converts the aluminum surface into a very hard layer resistant to corrosion and abrasion.

The clutch lever is made up of two main components: the Leva Racing guide and the jointed lever itself, made through forging.

The two parts of the lever are joined by a patented joint which allows the lever to be overturned only in the event of a fall, preventing accidental rotations.

The lever distance adjustment wheel from the handlebar is now on the same axis as the lever, which allows for better installation of any remote adjustment system, and also always guarantees the optimal working angle of the piston axis. By practically moving the lever away from the handlebar and vice versa, the kinematic mechanisms work at a constant angle.
