The new Tour-X 4 is undoubtedly one of the most versatile helmets ever: it can be used with a peak and visor, or without a visor with cross goggles, but also with the visor only, without a peak.

In short, in the combination that best suits the circumstance. The ventilation system has been redesigned for maximum effectiveness and comfort, even in extreme conditions.

The outer shell is completely new, redesigned to be more robust than ever. The Tour-X 4 is also one of the first Arai helmets to adopt the new Facial Contour System (FCS): a system that includes a flexible insert in the lower part of the cheek pads, which squeezes when inserting the helmet and then expands again when the helmet is on.

This mechanism produces a more enveloping and comfortable fit, offering greater support in the jaw area. For an even more customized fit, on the surface of the cheek pads we find a removable 5mm layer of foam rubber, to obtain a little more space if necessary, without the need to purchase optional cheek pads or new interiors. TECHNICAL FEATURES: NEW OUTER SHELL The extremely rigid and resistant outer shell in SFL (Super Fiber Laminate) has been completely redesigned and optimized for comfort and maximum ventilation performance. OPTIMIZED VENTILATION The ventilation system uses completely new diffusers which increase the extraction of hot air and humidity from the helmet. HIGH SPEED VENTILATION DIFFUSERS The new TX-4 high ventilation speed diffusers can be removed extremely easily to allow perfect cleaning and maintenance of the helmet. SIDE AIR EXTRACTOR The side air extractors significantly increase the air flow in the lower area of the helmet. OPTIMIZED VISOR Optimized visor thanks to the aerodynamic design of the opening system and 'brow vent' air intakes. Antifog ANTI-FOG LENS INCLUDED The visor is equipped as standard with the Antifog anti-fog system: it effectively prevents fogging and moisture condensation on the visor.

An Antifog lens is included inside each package. TRIPLE USE Three options of use: with visor and peak, with only the visor or with only the peak.

The large visor opening guarantees greater space for off-road glasses, for those who choose to ride without a visor. NEW CHIN AIR INTAKE The new chin guard air intake was designed with two precise objectives: to guarantee the best air circulation inside the helmet and to offer an elegant look. FIT AND COMFORT To offer an increasingly enveloping fit and improve comfort in the lower part, the Facial Contour System (FCS) works with a spring support in the cheek pads which compresses and then returns to position once the helmet is worn. NEW VISOR The Tour-X 4 peak directs fresh air to the TDF 3 front vents and uses multiple vent holes to reduce the 'buffeting' effect at high speeds. REMOVABLE FOAM LAYER A removable 5mm layer of foam on the cheek pads and temple pads offers more space when needed without the need to purchase additional cheek pads or a new cap. REMOVABLE AND WASHABLE INTERIORS IN DRY-COOL® For the interiors, which are completely removable and washable, the exclusive Dry-Cool® fabric material has been used, for better breathability and elimination of humidity and excess heat.

The lining dries much faster than conventional fabrics.

Interiors in different thicknesses are available as options to customize the fit. EMERGENCY RELEASE SYSTEM The pillows can be removed in seconds by simply pulling the release tabs.

This makes removing the helmet much easier during the rescue phase and minimizes the risk of further injuries. REINFORCEMENT RIBS To further increase the rigidity of the shell, the helmet is equipped with stiffening ribs at the base, to guarantee maximum safety, even in the area of the lateral air vents. FRONT SPOILER The front spoiler located at the height of the chin guard minimizes wind resistance and turbulence for greater riding comfort. ERGONOMIC NECK ROLL The new ergonomic neck roll, with a more flattened shape, minimizes air resistance and turbulence, guaranteeing greater comfort especially at high speeds, reducing both noise and the buffeting effect.
