UFO Echus orange cross helmet

The ECHUS Off Road Helmet has been designed and developed based on the new ECE 22 06 legislation, made to ensure the safety of riders who live for the most extreme off road experience.

The exterior of the helmet is printed in HPF (High Performance Fiberglass): this composite fiber is melted to obtain a single ultra-resistant and flexible layer. The outer shell of the helmet, with an exclusive design and a special edge, is designed to maximize shock absorption and dissipation and has been designed with the most modern technologies from the new research and development department.

The helmet is made with two different sizes of outer shell and in two sizes of double-density printed inner EPS for maximum impact absorption and to provide the highest level of comfort.

The adjustable visor is integrated into the shell to reduce friction and form a helmet with a fluid and aerodynamic design, making it a style preference in its category.

The opening of the visual field offers full compatibility with the leading brands of off-road goggles on the market, it also guarantees a wide range of lateral vision.

The ventilation system is characterized by numerous front air intakes to bring the air directly inside the shell. The internal EPS is made to distribute the flow of fresh air inside and then to the air extractors.

The air is distributed in the upper, rear and side part of the helmet, allowing the internal heat to be dissipated in an optimal way. With this system studied by UFO PLAST, the helmet will be much more comfortable even in the most extreme conditions.

The interiors are made of breathable and hypoallergenic materials with pads of different densities to provide comfort and to dissipate liquids. The inner pads are fully removable and washable to ensure hygiene. The new design helps maintain an optimal fit in all conditions of use.

The cheek pads are equipped with Emergency Safety System (ESS), the quick release is designed to safely remove the cheek pads to avoid causing further trauma in emergency scenarios.
